Costa Coffee, the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop, has announced the relocation of its existing store in the Mall Cafe, Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow, to a brand-new, spacious unit in the Shopping Centre. Set to open its doors on 25 April 2024 in Unit 15E, the new Costa Coffee store promises to enhance the shopping experience for both locals and visitors alike.
The move to the new store unit signifies Costa Coffee’s commitment to providing a welcoming environment for coffee lovers to indulge in their favourite beverages. With a larger and modern indoor seating area and outdoor benches, customers can savour their favourite drinks in comfort, whether they’re catching up with friends or simply talking a moment to relax during their shopping adventures.
Located on Barrhead Road by the Shopping Centre’s entrance, the new store also offers more convenient access to shoppers both within and outside of the shopping centre.
Philippa Macintyre, Area Manager at Costa Coffee said: “We are excited to be relocating to a bigger and refreshed store in the Silverburn Shopping Centre. This move not only allows us to better serve our loyal customers, but provides an enhanced coffee experience in a more spacious and inviting environment.”
The existing Costa Coffee store in Unit X8 in Silverburn Shopping Centre will close its doors for trade on 24 April, before the team of 20 brilliant baristas move to the new store in Unit 15E – with an additional four team members being hired as part of the store relocation.
The newly located store will be open from 07:30am to 20:00pm Monday to Friday, and between 08:00am and 19:00pm on Saturday and Sunday’s. Customers can also order via the Costa Club app for click and collect.
