Glasgow Chamber works with a number of training providers in the city to offer a range of management programmes tailored to suit those aspiring to be a first line manger through to mid management diplomas.  Many of these programmes are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).  

These include Managing People, The ABCs of Supervising, Introduction to Project Management and ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management.  

 

Time Management - Get Organised

Monday 5 December, 09.30 am - 4.30 pm

This one-day workshop helps you organise and prioritise for greater workplace efficiency. The workshop is full of ideas for organising your work area and your paperwork and working on the "right" things. Get out of your mental rut. Think new thoughts about the time you have. Discover new ways of doing things, and feel more in control of your life.

 

The ABC's of Supervising Others (2 Day) Course

Monday 16 January, 09.30 am - 4.30 pm 

Dealing with the many problems a new supervisor encounters isn't easy, but it doesn't have to lead to discouragement. This two-day workshop is designed to help you overcome many of the supervisory problems you will encounter in your first few weeks as a boss, whether you are a team leader, a project manager or a unit coordinator.
