Stephen J McGowan joined Dell Technologies in 2005 and has held a number of leadership roles across the business. He currently serves as the Inside Sales Leader for UKI within the Global Client and Compute Solutions Group (GCCS), managing sales teams across four different locations that sell into Dell EMC’s top 1500 Enterprise customers. This role encompasses responsibility for revenue, margin, market share growth in the key verticals of client and enterprise hardware, software and services; in addition to ensuring positive customer experience and employee satisfaction ratings.
Stephen has over 20-years’ leadership experience within the IT and communications sector, having previously worked with Thus Plc, where he supported Microsoft, followed by T-Mobile.
Stephen is a highly competitive and results driven individual; he is also exceptionally passionate about people and their development. He has been a Fellow with the Institute of Sales Management since 2013 and is a member of both the Institute of Leadership and the Association of Coaching, and is working towards ILM Level 7 Executive Coach status.
