The UK and the EU have recognised the sensitivity of the position of individuals and their rights post the UK exiting the EU. It is also one of the most immediate issues facing employers. Many organisations have indicated their need for access to talent and are concerned that employees may need to leave or they won’t be able to bring in the talent in the future. The UK Conservatives still talk in terms of net migration in the tens of thousands.
