A launch date for the Glasgow 2018 European Championships tickets has been announced, with tickets on general sale June 14.
The sporting spectacular, co-hosted by Berlin, will see 84 sessions take place across the 12 of the city’s venues, with the 11-day programme starting on the 2 August next year. Glasgow will host cycling, rowing, swimming, gymnastics, golf and triathlon events, while athletic events will be held in Berlin.
Organisers are aiming to make the event “inclusive and accessible” with ticket prices starting at £10 and under 16s tickets from £5, with priority access available for presale on the Glasgow 2018 website.
The event promises to bring the city alive, with more than 3,000 of the world’s best athletes visiting the city and a culture line-up including music, theatre, dance and comedy accompanying the championships.

The European Championships promises to be one of the most memorable sporting and cultural events this country has ever experienced and we want as many people as possible to come to Glasgow and Scotland to join us on this historic journey.
