Capital Document Solutions will once again be exhibiting at Procurex Scotland 2018.
Procurex is Scotland’s premier public procurement event. It is seen as being the most important day of the year for Scottish Procurement and will be back at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) on Tuesday 23rd October.
Procurex Scotland 2018
Procurex incorporates both the Scottish Government National Procurement Conference and the Government Opportunities (GO) Awards Scotland. Procurex is the annual public sector exhibition. The programme includes training sessions, networking and a full conference schedule, and a product showcase exhibition. In addition, the day presents opportunities to engage directly with key decision makers across Scotland’s public sector procurement marketplace, worth around £11 billion annually.
Capital serving the public sector
Capital are proud to be a long-standing supplier on the Scottish Government National Procurement Framework Agreement for Office Equipment.
Tom Flockhart, Capital’s Managing Director & Founder said:
“Procurex is a great event for us to highlight our well-established reputation for providing market-leading products. Our document solutions are matched by our outstanding client service and support.”
National Framework Agreement for Office Equipment
The framework was designed for the Scottish public sector, charities and housing associations to simplify acquiring office equipment, reduce costs and therefore, ensure the best possible advice on the most suitable print solutions.
Competitive prices are also agreed under the framework. By introducing print management software, organisations can achieve a reduction in the amount they spend on copying / printing. As a framework supplier, we provide photocopiers, printers, scanners, associated software and also support services to all Scottish public sector bodies.
The Scottish Government’s 14th National Procurement Conference is also hosted at Procurex Scotland 2018. The hugely important conference provides attendees an invaluable insight into the latest developments and opportunities taking place across Scotland.
Last year, conference speakers included Derek MacKay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance. That year, Mr Mackay visited Capital’s head office, to tour our extensive facilities and meet with key members of staff.
