Over the past year Eyecademy has set out a strategy for growth, this strategy which is being been delivered from the Glasgow Head Quarter’s is based on the changing economic environment in terms of the growing need for Data and Analytics to drive effective decision making for business improvement.
As our organisation has grown over the past 10 years, we now find ourselves in a position to maximise the relevant market in terms of solutionising and providing real insights around Data.
We currently deliver our services to several key organisations throughout the UK, including Governments, transportation companies, food and drink organisations, and financial services, this has allowed us to expand with the hiring 6 new employees already in 2019. In line with our planned growth strategy, our aim is to create an additional 6 to 10 career opportunities before the end of 2019. We will look to finish this year with approximately 45 -50 employees. These are high value jobs that are attracting the top talent within the market, these are core in terms of allowing for our growth and meeting the demand of our expanding client base.
Our organisation believes that as we continue to grow, we are creating a culture and environment where people can expand their knowledge, assist clients and deliver excellence both now and in the future. With our ever-growing success and talented team, we have organised several events within the UK and in particular Glasgow on key themes effecting businesses in todays’ world of Data, these events have been very well attended and the feedback has been positive. The company is privately owned, and we have invested heavily in terms of our great new premises which we moved into last year to allow for further expansion of the business.
