Inspiring Entrepreneurs: Digital Disruptors [Live screening]

Business & IP centre Glasgow, The Mitchell Library, 11 February 2019

Join us for a live screening of this event being held at the British Library. Hear how the panel built businesses that have transformed our daily lives.

The panel includes; Azmat Yusuf founder and CEO of Citymapper, the award-winning transport app, Pip Jamieson, founder of The Dots, an online community of creative professionals, Sukhi Jutla, co-founder of MarketOrders, an online B2B platform for the gold and diamond jewellery industry.

Ahead of the screening with will have additional local speakers Dr Claire Quigley, STEM Coordinator and Hazel Kyle, Employability Skills Project Coordinator. They will be covering how Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are being used by businesses – with an opportunity to try some online AI systems - as well as highlighting the range of free and accredited digital skills courses from Codeworks designed to help those getting back in to work or trying coding for a career boost.
