CALA video reveals luxury lifestyle on offer at Jordanhill Park

CALA Homes (West) has unveiled CGI video footage that reveals the luxury lifestyle and premium homes on offer at its prestigious Jordanhill Park development.

More than 400 premium homes will be delivered on the 31-acre site of the former Jordanhill Campus, including spacious open-plan apartments in the historic category B-listed David Stow building.

The film was screened on 5 March as part of an exclusive event held to showcase the development to Glasgow property professionals.

The footage offers a glimpse of the clean and stylish interiors that will be incorporated across the site and a first look at the different types of homes that will be available.

The development will incorporate a diverse range of contemporary properties from one-bedroom flats to spacious five-bedroom detached family homes, providing a fresh start for a wide variety of homeowners seeking luxury living in a site steeped in history.

With almost half of the development being retained as open space, the video also brings to life how residents and the local community will be able to enjoy its parkland, which will feature cycle tracks, paths and play areas.

CALA Homes West is investing £100 million in the stunning 31-acre development in one of Glasgow’s most desirable locations.

The first 29 apartments at Southbrae Drive are currently under construction and will be completed early next year. Listings are set to appear imminently following the recent appointment of Rettie & Co as sales agent for the site.

Liana Canavan, Sales and Marketing Director of CALA Homes (West), said: “We’re extremely proud of our Jordanhill Park development. Our new video shows how its scenic parkland, urban location and rich history combine to offer an unrivalled luxury lifestyle and create an exciting new proposition in the Glasgow marketplace.”

Construction of the development will create approximately 200 new jobs for Glasgow and deliver an economic boost of over £5 million in Gross Added Value.
