Our 'Helping others' workshop will explore the topic of depression, show you how to spot some of the signs and provide you with a toolkit to help others.

Mindfulness-Based Living – An Eight Week Course – starting 12 October 2019
Want to enhance your wellbeing and feel less stressed? Then our eight week mindfulness course will help you find out more about the theory behind this approach and how to use some of the techniques to improve your wellbeing.

Understanding Happiness Workshop - 21 November 2019
This workshop will explore the topic of happiness and look at how we define happiness, what happens in our bodies to make us feel happy and many other important aspects of happiness. You will learn about how our human drives relate to our happiness and you will find out more about the role of positive psychology. The workshop will consist of theory and interactive exercises.
