As Scotland moves through Phase 3 of the Scottish Government’s reopening of the Scottish Economy, many businesses are beginning to consider how to respond to the changed business landscape and stimulate a recovery? For business, the last few months of the pandemic has been unknown, with the situation changing almost daily. From a business perspective this uncertainty has caused massive disruption and made it very difficult to plan.
However, companies need to have a recovery plan in place as they move through this reopening phase, considering the potential new strategies to their business plan and the potential opportunities for growth. All critical in overcoming the challenges and the aftermath of the pandemic.
Glasgow Talks is delighted to welcome Prof. Sa’ad Sam Medhat, the Founder and Chief Executive of the Institute of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (IKE), who will lead us on a discussion of how a review, recover and reinvent approach can provide a flexible and adaptable business strategy for business and future success.
