7 October 2020 - Understanding Export and Export Docs -  One Day training 
This full day practical course will provide you with the skills and knowledge on how to prepare and process all required documention required when sending goods overseas.  It provides an end to end overview of the export process from receiving the first enquiry to the goods being delivered. It will advise and guide on the documentation that is required during export whilst ensuring both best practice and customs compliance is established. 

21 October 2020 - Customs Procedures and Documentation - One Day training
This course is a follow on from our Export and Export Documentation course. The course provides further export procedure details whilst also looking at the Customs Procedures and Compliance requirements for successful international trade.

28 October 2020 - Import Procedures including IP / OP - One Day training
The course provides an overview of the end to end import process and reviews all the areas that would applicable to a new supplier, to include country and supplier risk, payment risk etc. It will review documentation requirements and how to ensure goods are imported successfully to include duty payments and an overview of the available Special Procedures.

12 November 2020 - Commodity Codes - what are they? - 1.5hr workshop
Every product has a unique number which is used by customs authorities to identify it. This code is then used to identify any applicable tariffs. This is a vitally important piece of information for any business who seeks to import or export out of the UK.
If the wrong commodity code is used there may be complications for businesses as goods may be subject to further checks. This may result in delays, fines and in some cases seizure of the goods. 

17 November 2020 - Methods of Payment & Letters of Credit - One Day training
This course provides an overview of all methods of payment when trading internationally, discussing the payment risk ladder and how to apply these to different customers, countries and the value of the goods being exported.  The Letter of Credit (LC) process will be examined and guidance provided on how to create a workable LC, collate and present documents that will ultimately allow payment. An overview of the UCP 600 rules and common mistakes will be provided.  A practical session using a ‘real’ LC will be provided giving delegates a ‘hands-on’ experience.

1 December 2020 - Incoterms 2020 - Half Day training
The course provides an overview of the changes that have taken place between the previous 2010 terms and new 2020 terms. It also provides a comprehensive guide on the obligations and costs that a Buyer and Seller have during a sale to include where risk passes during the transaction from Seller to Buyer.
