On Friday 16 June, the Cabinet Office in Glasgow and the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School will jointly host a roundtable event engaging academia and industry to explore current practices in line management capability, across the various systems.
The discussion aims to support the Civil Service's Line Management Capability (LMC) programme to identify areas of consensus, challenge and future change initiatives within a Scottish context, which will ensure the LMC transformation programme is informed by current practice within industry and academia.
This roundtable event is part of a Civil Service wide line management transformation programme, being developed and delivered by the Line Management Capability Team, Government People Group (our new name), Cabinet Office.
