The new Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF) fund is now open and City of Glasgow College is keen to speak with businesses that would like to learn more about the fund, explore eligibility, and discuss how the funding could support workforce training and development within their organisation.
The fund provides employers with the opportunity to access up to £15,000 of fully funded training, with up to £5,000 available per eligible learner, helping organisations develop their people without the cost of training becoming a barrier.
Who can benefit?
Employees earning under £33,000 who meet criteria such as being a parent/carer, under 24, or care experienced/disabled (under 30).
