Tots United is absolutely thrilled to share a milestone partnership between Tots United® and City of Glasgow College – Scotland's largest technological and professional skills college, home to 32,500 students from 135 countries across their award-winning £228 million twin-campus facility.
This collaboration came about following conversations with members of the College's senior leadership team during our time in New York, and subsequent discussions with their Sports Coaching faculty.
Why this matters
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets out our shared commitment to create real opportunities for students – connecting education with meaningful, hands-on industry experience.
Together, we're creating a pathway from classroom learning to practical coaching experience and work opportunities across Tots United's network of clubs.
What this delivers for students
It's a genuine bridge between study and practice – helping the next generation of coaches develop their skills, confidence, and career potential.

For Tots United®, this marks an exciting evolution – from grassroots provider to a serious institutional player within Scotland's sport and education ecosystem.
For City of Glasgow College students, it represents a high-quality professional pathway that blends early years learning, sports coaching, and community development.
