Why did you join the Chamber?
To help my business grow. I wanted to meet likeminded business owners and attend networking events. As a solo business owner, I wanted to be part of the Glasgow business community and meet up with other business owners from Glasgow even to bounce ideas off of them, being a member of the Chamber gives me all of this.
What benefits have you received from membership (eg introductions, attending events, networking, marketing etc)?
I have already gained a new client at my first speed networking event and met some great people. You don’t feel alone being a member of the Chamber, it is like you are in a Peloton. My LinkedIn is growing by the day with new connections from the Chamber. I feel the Chamber badge on my website gives the business more credibility.
What are you looking forward to from the Chamber in the future?
Growing my network within Glasgow, attending more events, getting to know more businesses in Glasgow. I would recommend any business in Glasgow to join if they haven’t already.
