Intelligens Consulting, a multi-award-winning management consultant specialising in telecoms, smart city, and digital transformation, is pleased to announce its successful support for North Ayrshire Council's bid under the Smart Infrastructure Pilots Programme (SIPP) and ongoing collaboration in the project's implementation phase.
The initiative is funded by the Department for Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) aimed at trialling state-of-the-art smart street infrastructure for enhanced wireless connectivity and infrastructure development.
North Ayrshire Council with support from Intelligens Consulting will test innovative multi-purpose street columns that house equipment to support advanced wireless networks to support use cases ranging from security, movement detection and waste collection using.
