Stagecoach is celebrating the fantastic news that Rachel Hart, Marketing Assistant, has been highly commended in the ‘Frontline Employee / Community Champion of the Year’ category at this year’s National Transport Awards that took place at the Westminster Park Plaza in London on 3rd October 2024.
Rachel has been recognised for her exceptional commitment to going above and beyond her daily responsibilities. She has delivered value to the community, improved customer satisfaction, and supported staff well-being. Since joining Stagecoach, Rachel has demonstrated her dedication to promoting bus travel by effectively communicating initiatives such as The Scottish Government’s Free Bus Travel Scheme for individuals under 22 and over 60.
Rachel's commitment has driven successful collaborations with organisations such as the NHS, Developing the Young Workforce, Street League, local government bodies, and multiple charities, helping to make a lasting impact and providing real value to the team at Stagecoach West Scotland.
Rachel is from Ayr and has been an employee since 2019 at Stagecoach West Scotland.
