Connect Three

Job Description

Connect Three is here to create inspirational leaders who build healthy businesses that are great places to work. We want to help you be someone who makes a positive impact on everyone you interact with.

We are a team brought together by a collective need to drive results through people. What gets us out of bed every day is knowing that we can contribute to making people better leaders. Seeing people and businesses flourish really gets us going, never mind the ripple effect of this and the impact outside of work in wider society. We have deliberately designed our culture to attract, develop and retain the right people in our team.

Our culture is one without a hierarchy that actively encourages contribution and independent thinking. We trust our team to ask the right questions and act with purpose to achieve the best way forward.

Our values underpin our culture and act as our guide, helping us to navigate and hold each other accountable. We practice what we preach. Funnily enough, we don't always get it right first time either. We learn through embracing mistakes and using them as our stepping stones to our goals.

**Please note that this is a work placement opportunity for a fixed duration of either 22 weeks or 26 weeks
