Job Description
The Training Administrator/Coordinator will provide support to the Development & Operations Manager in delivering our training services and also across all other administration.
Please note this is a work placement opportunity for the duration of 26 weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Development & Operations Manager to understand the needs and requirements of the clients referred to us by our partners
- Develop a database of trainers, both volunteers and contractors, and manage the coordination of training delivery.
- Liaise with referral partners and clients to manage bookings
- Prepare a delivery plan to deliver all training in the most efficient and effective manner
- Follow up with referral partners and trainees for feedback and ongoing relationship building
- Ensure accurate and consistent data capture across training programmes to evaluate success in line with organisational and funder requirements.
- Create and maintain appropriate quality case management records including accurate logs of all contact time direct/indirect and other
- Support the marketing of our training offering
- Work closely with our Development & Operations Manager to coordinate training needs for volunteers, develop appropriate training plans and ensure delivery
- Undertake general office admin tasks associated with the project. To cover any additional needs or for times when training is slower.
- Attend appropriate training courses/meetings as agreed with the Development & Operations Manager.
- Contribute to the effective and efficient running of Dress for Success, by awareness and compliance, of policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Development & Operations Manager.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications
Competencies
- Good communications skills (written and oral)
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Competent IT skills including data processing
- Ability to deal positively with people at all levels, in a variety of situations
- Ability to be organised and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Experience
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of working unsupervised, as well as part of a team

Number of Hours Per Week 21 hours per week for 26 weeks
Working pattern and contracted hours (including any shift patterns)
3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
