Job Description

We are funded by Skills Development Scotland and our courses are SQA approved. We are looking for a new sales Co-Ordinator to promote our Government funded qualifications to employed staff and to support employers to recruit new to business apprentices.

Please note this placement is a work placement opportunity for the duration of 26 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Identify recruitment/Training Opportunities on Job Boards

• Make connections on LinkedIn

• Create Email campaigns

• Contact prospective clients

• Appointment Making

• Create Social Media Content

• Update sales trackers

• Diary Management

• Attend Recruitment Events

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

• Good IT skills and working knowledge of Office 365, creative and able to use social media in a professional capacity.
• The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Canva and an interest in learning about digital platforms and social media marketing.
• In this sales function, you must be a confident communicator and able to promote our services.
• It would be beneficial if you have a business or marketing qualification.
• Good organisational and communication skills are essential to this role.

Number of Hours Per Week 21 hours per week for 26 weeks

Working pattern and contracted hours (including any shift patterns)
3 days, 7 hours per day

Details of Training Provided

We will train you on the job and ensure you have everything you need to succeed in this role. One to one training will be available on a daily basis, we will take you through the steps of learning about our services, who our target audience is and how to communicate with our customers.
