Job Description

As an administrator you play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and mission-driven goals of the Wise Group. As a key member of our team, working specifically within our Home Energy Advice Team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks contributing to the overall success of our social enterprise.

As an Administrator you will contribute to our core objectives of supporting individuals to heat their homes at a cost they can afford. Your administrative efforts will help us achieve our social impact goals by ensuring that our operations run efficiently and effectively.

Please note this is a work placement opportunity for the duration of 26 weeks 

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain databases, files, and records related to employee information, client data, project progress, and financial transactions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, answering calls, including responding to enquiries, requests from customers and stakeholders.
  • Quality checking CRM records and files.
  • Regular use of Word/Excel updating spreadsheets and records.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software quickly.
  • Verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with staff members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and accuracy when handling administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.

Number of Hours Per Week 21 hours per week for 26 weeks

Working pattern and contracted hours (including any shift patterns)
5 days, Monday to Friday
