Joanne Chisholm is a senior HR Director specialising in Organizational Development and over the course of her career has worked at some of Scotland’s leading businesses – ScottishPower, Standard Life and Weir. Joanne also has held Non-Executive position at NHS Forth Valley and has volunteered with local organisations/groups in her home town of Bridge of Allan.
She is currently Senior HR Director of Organisation Development at Weir, a FTSE-100 global mining technology company (headquartered in Glasgow) that is helping to make mining more sustainable. Joanne is responsible for the Talent & Organizational Development strategies at Weir covering 12,500 people in over 60 countries.
She is passionate about the role organizational development plays in helping people, leaders, teams and organisations fulfil their potential. Joanne has an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Relations from the University of Strathclyde. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an accredited Executive Coach, Joanne also likes to continuously grow and develop her skills and experience.
