Position Title: BID Project Manager
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Reports To: BID Steering Group
The BID Development Project Manager will support the establishment of a Business Improvement District (BID) in Glasgow City Centre by leading efforts to ensure a successful ballot for what will become the largest BID in Scotland. With the ballot scheduled for October 2025, the role requires extensive engagement with businesses, stakeholders, and the BID Steering Group to develop the BID proposal. A thorough understanding of the BID model and relevant legislation is essential as well as proven project management skills.
