Paul is head of immigration law at Anderson Strathern and is an active member of the firm’s Brexit group. He supports both public and private sector clients, across all sectors, including the Scottish Government, local authorities, higher education institutions, PLCs and SMEs.
He is renowned as one of the top immigration law specialists in Scotland and regularly speaks at conferences, writes articles and provides training sessions relating to the topic.
He also advises on wider employment law matters and is an accredited specialist in Employment Law by the Law Society of Scotland. He has been recommended by the Legal 500 guide for some years and is a partner in the team that won Employment Team of the Year at the most recent Scottish Legal Awards in 2019.
